At Farm Life Creamery, we handcraft small batch artisan cheese using Grade A milk from our family's Holstein herd in Ethan, South Dakota. Our version of the original cheddar is without dye (leaving it white), and cut into easy to enjoy 8oz blocks. Our cheddars are aged naturally for a minimum of 3-4 weeks, allowing for amaizng cheddar flavor to develop. Once cut into blocks, we send batches out to the local locker plant for smoking! Our NATURALLY COLD SMOKED CHEDDAR has amazing flavor achieved without any artificial smoke ingredients added, and is smoked on all sides of the 8oz block. Once vacuum sealed the smoked flavor penetrates the rest of the block!
